US RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we accept returns of unworn and undamaged merchandise for store credit up to 14 days from invoice date. Please make sure items are returned in their original condition, or we will not accept them. * Only full priced items are eligible for return*
We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. Note that we are not responsible for the shipping costs.
PROCESS: All returns/exchanges must have a valid RA number. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your RA number and RA FORM. No return will be accepted without a valid RA # and Return Authorization Form. Items returned without a valid form inside the package will be charged a 20% restocking fee on all items returned for store credit. Customers are responsible for shipping charges should they wish to return any merchandise.
STORE CREDIT: We do not issue refunds on any orders. Once we receive your items back, we will update you. After checking the jewelry, we will issue your credit memo that you will be able to apply to your future order. Please allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed. (usually takes less time). ** All credits are valid for a (1) ONE year period form the date it was issued**
EXCHANGE: Upon receiving your return package, we will process your exchange for the new styles listed on your RA Form. We will contact you if there is any balance or if anything is out of stock. Other than that, we will automatically process your exchange and mail you your new package within 5 days.
FINAL SALE / WORN ITEMS: Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. All items received back showing signs of wear and/or not in their original packaging cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
All damages and shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
